Residential Real Estate Photography
As a former Realtor myself, I understand the importance of protecting your brand, and treating your clients with the utmost courtesy and respect. I also understand that you work on a tight and flexible schedule. I respond as soon as possible to booking requests, and photo shoots can usually be booked with 1 - 2 days notice.
I carefully edit each and every image in post-production, using professional editing software. This processing is an essential component in any professional digital photography, and can greatly enhance the final product by correcting for things like less than ideal lighting conditions, color of ambient light, and wide angle lens distortion.
Images are optimized for MLS listings and other on-line viewing platforms. High resolution images are available for printing or other non-MLS media upon request at no additional charge.

Virtual Tours
Take your listings to a whole new level of technology using Matterport Virtual Tours. Matterport uses interactive 3D technology, enabling viewers to walk through the property virtually, similar to the way you can walk down the street with Google Street View!

In addition, Matterport uses precision IR scanning technology to accurately measure each and every room. From that data, I can provide you with a drafted set of Schematic Floor Plans, delivered to you as an image or a pdf, along with total square footage. No more measuring!

Twilight Images
Get your listing noticed using twilight images to showcase your property in its best light. Twilight images convey a warm and inviting feel, encouraging the viewer to spend more time on the listing. I will assess both exterior and interior lighting of the home, and provide you with a set of carefully curated images to best promote the property. Your listing will stand out over others!
Showcase your property from a different perspective using high resolution aerial photography. Drone photography provides both an overall view of the property, as well as a perspective that no other type of photography can offer. Drone videos can also add another dimension to your listing.
